As a member of the Oregon/Southwest Washington CCIM Chapter, JD has completed advanced commercial investment coursework, including CI 101 Financial Analysis, CI 102 Market Analysis, and CI 103 User Decision Analysis. This training strengthens his ability to assess financial performance, market trends, and user needs to deliver informed, data-driven guidance from site selection through closing.
